Refund policy

At Pretty Culted, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect each order before it ships. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Exceptions will only be made if your item arrives:

• Damaged during transit
• Defective upon arrival
• Incorrect due to fulfillment error

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at prettyculted@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Please note:

• Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.
• Minor variations in color, packaging, or product appearance due to photography or batch differences do not qualify as defects.
• We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
